The Oak Ridge Art Center will present the 2nd annual TN Creates at the Secret City Festival, a juried fine arts & crafts extravaganza, June 20th & 21st at the Oak Ridge Civic Center (gymnasium) Application forms for crafters are available via this website (see below) or call the Art Center to request an application form at (865) 482-1441.
