Collage is a fun and versatile way to create mixed media artwork. In this class we will learn a variety of techniques to make our own collage supplies, to enhance collages with images and cutouts, and to use different types of collage materials to create cohesive art pieces. Artists of all skill levels are welcome. You'll learn how to truly make something your own by creating many (if not all) aspects yourself, and by sourcing other materials that speak to you. Along the way, you'll learn the basics of printing with gelli plates, color mixing, image transfer and many other techniques to help bring everything together in a final piece.
