Whether you are new to the medium or looking for a creative collective to inspire your current pastel skills, this class is for you. Students will learn how to identify and use quality materials, utilize a variety of under-painting techniques to enhance the finished painting, and learn to use various pastel application techniques to make paintings that range from soft and serene to vibrant and energetic. Class will be a mix of instructor demonstration and studio painting with plenty of opportunities for one-on-one instruction.
