The theme is "Taking Inventory"
 
First, I will share what expressive arts is and what modalities are involved.  We will then have introductions and we will talk abut our intention is for the workshop, 
 
There will be three processes: 
What do I bring? This will explore what we as individuals bring to others; the focus is on positive qualities and self- discovery.
 
"Inner Landscape" involves a movement meditation followed by art making and responding to the art piece with writing.
 
Mask making: We will create masks where the outside represents what we believe others see, and the inside represents how we see ourselves.
 
Lastly, Found Wisdom is a fun exercise that brings wisdom from phrases.
